Akubra's first-ever pop-up store will be open in Brisbane tonight, with an Australian country music icon in attendance. 

Lee Kernaghan told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, "I'm so excited because today we're launching the Outback Club Hat."

"When you go in there, it's just rows and rows of every kind of Akubra that you can imagine."

"It's a piece of Australia, and I was talking to some people in there yesterday, and they were from the United States, and they were buying hats to take back as gifts for friends," Mr Kernaghan continued.
