#1: Welcome to Haunted Behind Design. I am your host Christian Camargo and I'm a Sound Designer for Video Games. I have had the pleasure in working with other game developers and learned a lot about being part of a creative industry in Games. Why Haunted Behind Design? First off, it can be scary in pursuing a creative profession because it is considered risky, competitive, and not reliable according to some. I am here to let you all know that those who are currently doing what they love is because they had patience, worked hard, and had the right mindset to achieve their goals.

I will be interviewing: game developers, musicians, voice-actors, content creators, and many more! I thought it will be good not just to get my advice, but also their advice too. Behind each creative person is a portal that closes and never opens again. Everyone's journey is different and there is not one way in getting that first freelance gig or that dream job with a game studio you have always dreamed of. Will be talking about the journey, the failures, the craft, and most importantly the mentality!

My goal is to help other creatives understand that we all had to struggle too to get where we wanted to be. If you work hard and smart, you will get excited when you get that first yes or that first gig. I want to encourage you all to keep at it even when it is uncomfortable.
