In the thirty second episode of Collecting Real Estate, we decided to do something different in the spirit of Halloween. Around 2016 Bill purchased a single-family home which turned out to be haunted. There were multiple instances where workers experienced uncomfortable situations that could only be explained by a ghost living in the house. Happy Halloween!
