Eight Percent of the population are entrepreneurs.  The reason that 92 percent of the population work for someone else is because they are scared of risk!    The way to overcome a risk mindset is to create a big enough why for yourself and for your team.    Takeaway: Soul search and find your why ask your team what there why is and drive your vision to achieve that why not only for yourself but for your team
