With holidays coming around the corner we may be traveling and doing quite a bit of moving without really thinking about what we will eat. When traveling we sometimes can fall victim to buying food that isn’t healthy for us and may even cause us to have some gut health issues. I believe it is very important to have some type of food plan when traveling since it will greatly reduce your stress and anxiety about what to eat. Because of this, it will help your gut and will be easy for your body since you will be eating foods that you know will not be harmful to you.
