How we talk about nutrition is the energy we are feeding ourselves to either keep us on the yoyo or to get us off of the yoyo. Is this going to nourish your body and promote a happy, healthy lifestyle? Or are you putting yourself in a box with a bunch of rigid rules, and if you come out of the box, you're a failure?
