Obviously the title is in quotes because it doesn’t represent my thoughts or views, rather it is a representation of thought processes that helped to necessitate this episode. And the strike in general.

These actors and writers are not just asking for fair treatment and compensation, which would be reason enough. They are asking to be seen as human and valued for what they work hard to bring to society.

I’m adding the exclamation point to the title after the fact because I feel so strongly about this! There is a lot going on in life and taking time to yourself or for yourself is merited, nay warranted. Nay, NECESSARY.

This is a challenging topic and although I enjoyed bringing it today, by no means was it handled flippantly or with judgment.
