Soulful Wonderings

Have You Lost Your Muchiness?

Listen Later

February is often called the month of love — but what if love isn’t just about who accepts us, celebrates us, or chooses us?

In this episode of Soulful Wonderings, we reflect on the idea of being “too much” and how many of us learn to shrink ourselves in order to belong. Through personal stories, family dynamics, and the memory of losing — and rediscovering — our own “muchness,” we explores the difference between shrinking for acceptance and being mindful out of self-respect.

This conversation is about learning when to take up space and when to hold it, not out of fear, but out of care. It’s an invitation to trust yourself enough to choose the room, protect what’s sacred, and remember that your muchness was never lost — it simply learned discernment.

In this episode, we explore:

  • What it really means to be “too much”
  • How early conditioning teaches us to shrink to belong
  • The difference between self-abandonment and self-protection
  • Why discernment is not the same as hiding
  • How trusting yourself becomes a form of self-love

The Soulful Wonderings podcast is all about my journey into the world of healing, intuition, and spiritual discovery. As I find my place as a healer, psychic, teacher and creative, I am here to share my experiences and insights, in hopes of breaking down barriers between different spiritual perspectives. Whether you’re curious about energy work, looking to deepen your understanding, or just exploring your own path, this podcast offers stories, teachings, and connections to help you navigate the space between worlds.
