There are several times throughout life when we’re pushed to our limits and we have major decisions to make. As we stand at these “crossroads”  will we choose the path of least resistance or will we have the courage to take a Stand for what is right?  In the Old Testament, Daniel is exactly the perfect person to view how on several events in his life when confronted with a choice, he stood for God.

As we look at his live over the next few weeks, from being captured as a young boy, thrown into the lion’s den or the fiery furnace, we’ll see Daniel and his friends Stand for God.   This week we will look how to Stand UP for what is right.  Do you have what it takes to Stand Up for what is right?

Going to college, headed back to school, decorations for Halloween and Christmas stuff fills the stores.  This seems to be one of the biggest times of change in our lives.  Sometimes it’s filled with frustration as look to others whose lives seem to be moving in great directions and we want big change and we want it now. So many start to make major shifts in their lives only to get annoyed and burnt out.  But maybe taking life in a new direction has a lot more to do with the smaller things in life not the BIG adjustments.
