We have a tendency to forget that God does not function on our timeline and that He is the creator of time. Go to Genesis chapter one and see that Hi voice separated the night and the day, creating the passage of time. Too, that a thousand years is as a day…Our Heavenly Father is a waymaker, promise keeper and THAT is who He is. In all our rebellious attitude; He still comes, still loves, still provides and still protects. Psalm 9:9&10, 4:8, Daniel 1:12-17, 2:21&22, 6:3, 6:22723.

Beguiled is being influenced by trickery, flattery; mislead or deluded, to take away by trickery or cheating deceiving, to charm or divert. This is what Christ tells us about the devil and example of this is found in John 10:10. Keep in mind that he can only take what we allow him or his minions to have. If we don’t hold onto the joy and peace that is given us by our Lord we have given it away. It was not robbed. The metaphor of the sheep is very applicable and the telling us of the thief is not so metaphorical, but rather the very description of the devil. Genesis 3:1-13. The serpent beguiled me…Satan continues in this manner and relies on the weakness of our minds and gets us to believe the thoughts are our own; when in fact, it is the white noise to draw our focus from the truth.
