Only in this can we have a true haven; in His peace, truth and love. Jesus reminds us in the Bible, that true peace only comes from Him; truth and true love only comes from Him. We talk about peaceful resting on days off or vacation, but simply temporary because afterward, right back at it with work, schooling or simply the hustle and the bustle of life. However, even in the midst of that, we can have peace. With the Lord we can have true peace. I Peter 5:6&7, Psalm 118:24, I Thessalonians 5:18.

His instruction are very clear and too, He is very clear as to why we do as we are told. Most importantly is the fact that it is His love. He truly, deeply loves us and it is deeper than we can even fathom. The great and marvelous mystery of our Lord.

What does it mean to try the spirit? It means exactly what we are told in the Word of God. There are deceivers and those that attempt to diminish the truth and reality of the truth. Even within the church body. Which is EXACTLY why Jesus warns against the devil and those that work his iniquities. Jesus warns us, John warns us, Peter warns us and Paul warns us. Realize this; the deception is indeed around us, but in reading of the scriptures, we are warned that deception comes from those that profess to be what they are not. Which is exactly why we are to be always in prayer and SEEKING Gods truth which He will always give. Not as from man or mammon, who will bend the truth and attempt to make it fit as it should not. Do you remember the story of Cinderella and when the prince came to the house: trying on the slipper of the step sisters because they were hiding Cinderella? No matter how the slipper was forced; it was always an ill fit. That is the way of truth. In truth the word is always righteous and in a lie, no matter the sway, a lie will be revealed. Always share ion truth, always seek the truth and always be truth. Jesus reminds us that He IS the way, THE truth and the life.

Our Lord God is so much more than just Abba Yahweh. This is the mystery of Him that we are reminded of in His Word often. The mystery of God the Father, Jesus our King and His only begotten Son and the Holy Spirit. In the finite mind and the confines of our clocks and space blocks, it is beyond comprehension. Stop trying to figure Him out; walk in faith as it is the substance of things we cannot see or understand and that evidence we so loudly cry out for all the time. That it is the evidence of things beyond our eyesight. Which is why we must seek Him and listen with spiritual hearing, look with spiritual eyesight and believe in truth. All things in truth, love, knowledge and wisdom from Him who loves us so very much. John 4:16&17, 16:7, Zechariah 4:6.

Never forget that God is with us in ALL things. He promises never to leave nor forsake us. Unlike man and of the way of mammon, full of empty promises and repeatedly left forsaken; God will not and does not ever. If in a situation that man has done so, as difficult as it may be, thank God and open your hands and your heart and don’t curse, nurse or rehearse the circumstances. Reverse them by holding on to the strong righteous right hand of our Heavenly Father. Psalm 13:5, Ephesians 5:20, Psalm 34:10.

There are those in this day and age that would look to provoke in error and derisiveness within the body of the church. Try the spirit in all things and He will guide your steps and keep them true. Never forget that we are ONE body, to be ONE minded and worship the Lord thy God as one. We are all different and yet we are one. The old song when I was much younger…they will know we are Christians by our love, by our love…that love is from our Heavenly Father and from His heart to ours. I Timothy 6:15&16, Isaiah 55:8&9, Revelation 2:4, Matthew 11:28.

Call upon the name of the Lord; Hashem, The Lord thy God. Do not believe the lies of the accuser. John 8:44, I Chronicles 21:1, I John 5:19&20, Ephesians 1:17-19, Romans 10:10.

God reminds us that He is perpetually with us; always without interruption. Remember that God is not limited as we are by time and space: He is not limited by either one. Practicing His presence and His hereness. Matthew 6:34, John 10:10, James 4:13-15.

Lean in when He is speaking; keeping in mind that the Spirit of God may utilize nature, a photo or picture, a sentence or paragraph in a book, billboard or any number of things and then will turn on the light bulb in the attic(mind) so you will recognize it. Listen with spiritual hearing and look at everything with spiritual eyesight as he may be communicating with you.
