On this weeks episode I'm chatting to you about Chronic urticaria, the first of a two part episode about my own health journey over the past two years. Both of my stories are what really formed the basis of me creating this podcast – allowing people to share their story in the hope that someone listening, who may be going through something similar, will realise they're not alone and have that connection through a shared experience.
On this weeks episode I talk to Una – with a real passion for horses from an early age, Una spent many years learning all about them, from caring for them, to training them and even taking part in amateur competition. However, in 2009, she suffered a catastrophic brain injury after falling from a horse. Today, Una chats to us about life before and after the accident and how it has impacted her life.
On this weeks episode I talk to Natalie – in 2018 the wonderful news came that Natalie was expecting her first baby, all the usual plans were being made in preparation for the impending arrival, but his unexpected early arrival changed everything. Today, Natalie chats to us about the arrival of her son Liam at 27 weeks and her journey over the past two years with a pre-term baby.
