People say that there is no time for fun and that all of your time goes away when you have a baby.

One one hand, that is true.

On the other, you can create more time and be more productive if you are intentional.

Having a baby made me realize how much crap I had in my schedule. By removing the crap or "trimming the fat," I was able to create so much more time for myself.
