What do you do when you have a low body image day?

These days used to cripple me.

I would restrict, binge, rinse, and repeat.

They were mentally taxing, and not only that also physically exhausting too.

Having a low body image day doesn’t mean I (you, we) love my (our) body any less , or I can no longer keep on falling in love with my body..

What it means though is that:

✨ we are human, 

✨ we are having a low moment with the body we live in currently, period.

& It also means I whip out my tools to support me throw my low women.

& this is what today’s episode is all about!

  • I am sharing part of my story & who I used to be when I had low body image days.
  • Sharing the tools that have supported me in the last 3 years during my lowest body image days specifically after baby.
