The ADORADA woman within us embodies herself and lives in her truth. I found myself always chasing numbers on a scale or a body shape instead of my own path.

The shift for me came with human design. Human design is a fusion of ancient wisdom and modern science, helping us understand who we really are. There are 5 energetic types with different combinations of energy centers, channels, profiles, gates, and life paths. HD shows us that we are incredibly unique and worthy of being ourselves. Knowing ourselves will completely shift and change our story.

If you’re a generator, you’re an ambivert. You’re multi-passionate, but focused on going after that one thing you know you are. Where are you afraid to dream? Where are you feeling pulled to be more?

If you’re a projector, you’re insightful and intuitive and beyond magnetic. What are you scared of? Where are you burning yourself out?

If you’re a reflector, you’re a perceptive, natural empath. Where are you feeling disappointed in your life? Where are you feeling impatient?

What do you do when you have a low body image day?

These days used to cripple me.

I would restrict, binge, rinse, and repeat.

They were mentally taxing, and not only that also physically exhausting too.

Having a low body image day doesn’t mean I (you, we) love my (our) body any less , or I can no longer keep on falling in love with my body..

What it means though is that:

✨ we are human, 

✨ we are having a low moment with the body we live in currently, period.

& It also means I whip out my tools to support me throw my low women.
