Jesus Christ controls history. God has a wonderful plan for your life so what is there to fear? Nothing. A relaxed mental attitude is a faith-rest approach to life. An RMA is best described as having the mind of Christ. “Let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus” (Phil 2:5). Understanding and maximizing the use of impersonal and personal love gives you the ability to look at people with virtue love and circumstances with faith-rest—you don’t think as the rest of the world thinks. Your mental attitude is what you are at any given time throughout the day. Your thoughts drive your decisions.
