Brooke Preston is an Ohio-based comedy writer, satirist, teacher, and storyteller. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Cut, Real Simple, McSweeney’s, Reductress, Men's Health, and other fine outlets and crumpled napkins. She is a co-founder and editor of online satire publication The Belladonna; she and her fellow editors co-wrote New Erotica for Feminists: Satirical Fantasies of Love, Lust and Equal Pay. She has taught for The Second City, Thurber House and more, and was head writer for this year’s Thurber Prize ceremony.
