Having faith through the process

FAITH is the substance of all things hoped for and the evidence of the unseen.

Wether You want to lose 5-50lbs, compete in a show or just feel healthy again. It is going to require you to believe in the unseen it's going to require faith!!

1. Write down your goal or make a vision board

2. do one thing every day that brings you closer to that goal.

3. Invasion every day how it feels to already be at that goal and start thanking God as if it was already here.

When this gets hard because it will I want you to focus on these 3 words.

1. TRUST: trust the process no matter what if you are doing something every day to get to your goal trust that want your working towards will happen.

2. FOCUS: put your blinders on and lose all distractions that would get in your way and focus on your goal.

3. PATIENCE: anything worth having in life takes patience if you start to feel like your patience is wearing thin.... bring yourself back to your goal( trust the process? program you're on), visual that goal(FOCUS) and remember to have faith that what your working towards will manifest.
