Welcome to our first official episode since the podcast got a full makeover!

In this one, I'm diving into what I'm calling (based on 10+ years as a practitioner in the coaching industry) the "3 Stages of Self-Awareness" when it comes to "Doing the Work" (which is spiritual growth community jargon, but if you know, you know ;).

I share my thoughts on how/why I feel MOST of the coaching/self-help industry is [unconsciously] lingering in Stage 2 and why shifting into the Mature Shadow Work (where you take FULL-ASS responsibility for the fact that all your patterns are your own co-creation & that your pain points are actually your KINKS) of Stage 3 is SO CRUCIAL if you wanna get Un-Fucked!

(also, go get the book, Existential Kink, by Carolyn Elliott immediately, as I'm referencing some it in this episode, it changed my life & now I use it in my offerings for shadow work, because it's so hot & incredible)
