A few weeks ago, I chatted with Beth Berghan about having the difficult conversations before they became hard conversations and I found some words to live by.

Rather than letting a problem bubble along until it becomes un-ignorable (is that a word?), address it early when you can still address it. It's Difficult, but not Hard.
