I just had the opportunity to spend two weeks soaking up all of the healing energy in Hawaii.  It was truly restorative!  I want to share some of the "souvenirs", the lessons that I brought home with me from this amazing trip.

Lessons about treating everyone like they are family, connecting with nature,  being intentional with ceremony and rituals, and to correct way to pronounce Poke.
