When we say l’chayim, it’s not just “cheers” 🥂it’s a calling.Because when things loosen us, what’s inside comes out. So we add a Bracha, l’chayim tovim ul’shalom may it lead to goodness and peace ✨, and l’chayim velivracha may what comes out of us be blessed, with a soft, open heart 💛. It’s really us saying may my life and even my unguarded moments bring out the best in me.

A chassid isn’t meant to grow only inwardly they’re meant to create an environment 🌍✨. Your presence should bring warmth, truth, and something real to the people around you. And if it’s not, it’s a call to pause and ask honestly, am I really showing up, or just going through the motions? 🤍
That realization isn’t to break you it’s to wake you up 🔥. Because you’re not here just to exist. You’re here to make an impact, even in small ways. When you show up fully, something around you begins to shift .

Hashem created the world something from nothing 🌍✨ but our avoda is the opposite, to take the “something” of everyday life and turn it into something higher. To use the physical as a כלי, an instrument for connection to Hashem 🤲.
A lesson you don’t need a different life to be spiritual. It’s in how you live the life you already have the small choices, the way you act, speak, and show up that turns the ordinary into something meaningful

On Shabbat, you can’t go beyond your place meaning you don’t travel more than about 2,000 cubits ~3000 ft. outside the city limits.
Shabbat teaches us to stay within our place ✨not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. Instead of always running and chasing, Shabbat says, pause, be present, and stay where you are . Sometimes the deepest holiness isn’t in going further it’s in learning how to be fully here 🤍
