At any hospital I have ever worked at new hires get hazed. It's not a specific veterinary technician/nurse or doctor issue. It's a whole hospital issue. I have watched new practice managers be hazed by the entire veterinary team to the point they quit. I have seen a new client service representative walk out within six hours of starting due to the hazing. It happens everywhere. What is it, how can we stop it and how can we prevent it from occurring in the future?
