Hypocrisy. Its often cited as one of the reasons people leave the faith and/or the church. At some level every human is a hypocrite, so how should we think about this dynamic and what can we do?

One of the most common factors in faith deconstruction is church hurt. How can we work through this both as people who may have been hurt by the church and/or people who have done the hurting.
