Tina and Nate have only officially been in a relationship for a little over a month after becoming official and exclusive after three months of dating. Tina tells us that even though they have become official that it seems like Nate is hiding something and she’s not sure what. She decided to look through Nate’s phone and found out that he had a notes page filled with different women’s Instagram profiles and that it was edited recently.
