【All My Life is in His Hand】
Whatever befalls me, how and when, by my Lord is so wondrously planned;
Thro’s life’s rugged roads He carries me onward with His loving hand.
Doubts and fears come time and time again,
What’s ahead though I can’t understand;
The Lord says , ‘My grace is sufficient for you.’
All my life is in His hand.
His banner over you is conquer’ng love,
He bought you with His blood to be His own;
His heart belongs to you. He will never leave you alone;
If you are just the clay, He’s the potter who molds your life to shine brightly as fire.
That you’re one heart with Him and walk with Him —‘Tis His desire.
2 For tomorrow I don’t need to care, for I trust in His promise so fair;
Casting all upon my Almighty Father, no burden I bear.
Wait only for God, O my soul, my heart, be quiet and composed,
He will guide you how to walk upon this road,
Grant your wishes and make you whole.
He promises to mold you - He’ll not forget, to be with you always - He’ll not regret,
He promises to take you to that fair land of joy and rest!
Be steadfast to march on, redeem the time,
Grasp today’s precious chance, give your entire.
That you’re one heart with Him and walk with Him - ‘Tis His desire.
3 Comes the journey better than before, the pa th of the just shines more and more;
My dear Lord will surely lead me to the shore. My soul He’ll restore.
Let my heart rejoice for You always, in all things give thanks and trust with faith,
Let my heart follow You closely everyday, for Your coming I’ll watch and wait.
(O come quickly that happy day.)
45 And in the hearing of all the people he said to his disciples,
46 "Beware of the scribes, who like to walk around in long robes, and love greetings in the marketplaces and the best seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at feasts,
47 who devour widows' houses and for a pretense make long prayers. They will receive the greater condemnation."
1 Jesus looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the offering box,
2 and he saw a poor widow put in two small copper coins.
3 And he said, "Truly, I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all of them.
4 For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on."
