In the book of Joshua 6, The Lord said to Joshua, "See, I have delivered Jericho into your hands, along with its king and its fighting men.  After God spoke to Joshua, He then gave him specific strategies and instructions that would bring a victory! Joshua did not waver, he did not give up, and he did not think this isn't going to work, instead he did exactly as he was asked. 

He who promised is faithful.  If God has said He will heal your child of Autism, Aspergers or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, then hold fast to the confession of your hope and do not waver.
