Relationships can change the way we see love, ourselves, and what we believe we deserve. In this Relationships 101 episode, we're talking about unhealthy relationships, red flags, emotional manipulation, gaslighting, jealousy, boundaries, consent, trust, and communication. I'm also sharing my personal experiences with unhealthy relationships and how I learned to recognize healthy love after being hurt.
Healing takes time, your past doesn't define your future, and you deserve a relationship built on love, respect, and mutual effort.

Relationships 101 - What Does It Actually Feel Like to Be in Love?
What does being in love actually feel like? In this episode of Head Over To Happiness, we're talking about love, healthy relationships, emotional connection, and what it feels like when a relationship is genuinely good for you. From the butterflies and excitement to the comfort, trust, and vulnerability that come with real connection, we're exploring what love can look like beyond what movies and social media tell us.
Whether you're experiencing your first relationship, learning what healthy love feels like, or simply trying to understand your own emotions, this episode is for you. Because love isn't just about how intensely you feel something; it's also about how you feel when you're with someone.

What makes someone magnetic? In this episode of Head Over To Happiness, we're getting into the art of connection, confidence, and becoming someone people genuinely enjoy being around.
We're talking about what popularity really means, how to have better conversations, why remembering the little things matters, and how authenticity can make a bigger difference than trying to impress everyone. We'll also get into confidence versus arrogance, boundaries, finding your own interests, and why you cannot Pinterest-board a personality.
This isn't about changing who you are to get everyone to like you. It's about learning how to connect with people while staying true to yourself.
Because real magnetism isn't about being liked by everybody. It's about making genuine connections, making people feel seen, and knowing that you belong in the room, too.

Who decided what “ladylike” means?
In this episode, we’re talking about feminism, beauty standards, femininity, the male gaze, social expectations, and the pressure to fit into a version of womanhood that someone else created.
You don’t have to stop wearing makeup to be a feminist. You don’t have to stop loving dresses, jewelry, pink, fashion, or anything traditionally feminine. And you don’t have to fit into any of those things either.
Feminism is about choice — being able to decide who you are and what you want your life to look like without your gender determining your worth.
So let’s talk about who created the rules, why beauty standards keep changing, how much of what we like is actually ours, and why you were never meant to fit perfectly into someone else’s definition of a woman.
What if some of the biggest trends on the internet… shouldn’t be trends at all?
In this episode of Head Over To Happiness, we’re talking about the social media trends, habits, and internet culture that I seriously think need to go. From energy drinks and overconsumption to mental health terminology, “having no filter,” fast fashion, vaping, online relationships, and the pressure to constantly change yourself for the internet — we’re getting into all of it.
Some trends are harmless. Some are just annoying. And some are things we probably shouldn’t be normalizing in the first place.
So let’s talk about the trends I’m officially over.

Do you ever feel like your dreams are too big for the people around you to understand?
In this episode of Head Over To Happiness, we’re talking about what happens when the people around you don’t understand your dreams — and why that doesn’t necessarily mean you should give up on them.
I’m talking about chasing your dreams without needing everyone’s approval, my “build a bus and drive it to California” analogy, moving in silence, dealing with people who tell you that you’re “doing too much,” changing your dreams as you grow, and learning how to tell the difference between criticism and concern.
And to the parents listening: this episode has something for you too. Sometimes what sounds like criticism to a kid may come from genuine concern, and sometimes parents really are trying to protect their kids. But there’s a difference between protecting someone and discouraging them from becoming who they want to be. Listen to your parents when they’re coming from a place of genuine concern — but learn to recognize the difference between concern and simply being told that your dreams are unrealistic.
Your dreams are allowed to change. You are allowed to grow. And you don't have to stay the same person just because other people are comfortable with who you used to be.

Middle school dating is… a LOT. In this episode, we’re getting into the questions everyone seems to have but doesn’t always say out loud — are you dating because you actually like someone, or because you like the attention and validation? We’re talking crushes, relationships, red flags, green flags, jealousy, mixed signals, and whether dating in middle school is even worth it.
Basically, we’re asking the questions that come up when you’re trying to figure out what dating is actually supposed to mean in middle school.

Why does it sometimes feel like certain people go out of their way to tear you down, exclude you, judge you, or make you feel like there’s something wrong with you?
In this episode of Head Over to Happiness, Myah Marie gets real about why people target others—and why the answer isn’t always as simple as “they’re just insecure.” We’re talking about jealousy, projection, power, social dynamics, and the uncomfortable truth that sometimes people hurt others because they choose to.
If you’ve ever wondered, “Why me?” after being targeted, this episode is for you. You don’t have to shrink yourself, change who you are, or become someone else just to make other people comfortable.
