In this episode, you will be introduced to a simple instant activity, or modified minor game, that will have students cooperating as a team, as well as practicing their fundamental movement skills while working up a sweat.  This game is a great one to have in the PE Kitbag for when you're practicing the FMS of Bouncing, Catching, or Running, or simply looking to have the students active quickly.

In this episode you will be introduced to the 'Superhero Sidekick'. The 'Superhero Sidekick' is a superhero-inspired teacher assistant that gets to wear a lanyard around their neck that sports a 'superhero sidekick' card that lists a number of jobs that they can assist with throughout the PE lesson. This is designed for students that cannot participate in a lesson due to an injury eg. a broken arm, allowing them to still play a meaningful and active role within your lesson.
