Andre and I should have been recording from the time he arrived at the studio. We were having such rich discussion. However, I think it carried over into the podcast recording. Andre and I talk about life at going to school at a HBCU while being in a band. We talk about the importance of allowing your student to start early experiencing things that they show an interest in.

James and his company sponsor the space that I record my videos and podcast. However, they did not ask me to do this segment on my show. I really believe in the work that James does and I want to be able to educate people on their search for a new home, especially those who have never purchased a home.

Just sharing my experiences from starting a podcast. It's far from perfect but I'm going to keep moving foward.
