A common thread among many of my clients is the fact that they don't see love, success, happiness as avaiable to them. They think that because when they were younger they didn't get enough love, attention, support - or even worse, because they got cold shoulders, criticism etc they have one main duty in life: to shut down to anyone who might threaten their peace.

They retreat like a snail in its shell and don't even dare emotionally venturing outside.

Happiness becomes simply the absence of pain. No risk - no failure.

In this episode I will explore how we can navigate those wounds and use the bricks thrown at us to build the future we deserve.
