It was very interesting to explore the similarities and the deeper root beneath both: the mind’s urge to escape the Now.

Addiction isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it’s substances. Sometimes it’s control. Sometimes it’s distraction. But at its core, it’s the same wound - the same reaching.

I truly believe everyone will see themselves in some part of it.
