In this episode, we go deep into “E’s” anxiety within dating. We explore the origins of her attachment wounds and how it impacts her ability to connect with someone she is dating. For her, she picks up on the smallest changes in behavior in the person she is seeing and tells herself the story that “They don’t care about me.”
Together we worked with a few tools and practices to help alleviate this and get her needs met in relationship.
