I spent a year not doing "shoulds". Now I am learning the lesson of no more "of coarse." "Of coarse" is that stuff you just do for friends and family where because it's friends and family you just do it and not really think much of it but if you REALLY sank into it, do you ACTUALLY want to be doing that? I got myself into a pickle with an "of coarse" that I have been working through the last 3 months and after hitting it from all angles, have gotten to the place where I feel clear. Heads up I'm going to be putting out one podcast a week while I switch platforms, so no more Hump-Day Healing while I make this transition. I will still release episodes every Monday.
