- "healing" from chronic pain - or perhaps more accurately, attuning to the body and learning to accept the lessons it offers, then watching as that acceptance guides better decision-making.
- Moving on from the "athlete" (show-up-no-matter-what) identity who overrides their body in order to "win", towards an identity which keeps all the great aspects of that, but enables more space for nuance, wellbeing and fluidity in life.
- Expanding into broader, more integrative life practice that involves learning to be guided by life, whilst also learning to proactively create desired outcomes by building skill and capacity.
