Good Day everyone! It’s been awhile but I’m happy to be back with a new Episode! Today we are going to talk about Healing and how I reflect on that. Keep in mind that Healing is different for everyone. You might heal in a different way or pace, which is totally normal and ok! Short disclaimer: in the episode I stated, that I want to be heard by people and that I feel very alone sometimes. It is very important to me that no one miss-understands that message. I feel very lonely sometimes, fighting my battles, since it is so challenging. My friends truly help me by talking about episodes, however in moments where I battle my Anxiety and Depression, I feel so lonely and unheard. In my opinion, this is a part of healing, to learn to be ok with your thoughts and that friends are there to support you, however, the process of growing is a battle I have to face by myself. I am truly grateful for everyone that keeps fighting with me❤️ “A healer does not heal you.
