Lydia Martin-Jackson is a wife, mother, and RN by trade. She is currently transitioning into an Encouragement strategist and coach. As a survivor of childhood trauma, she has channeled the energy and feelings of guilt, hopelessness, and anger to ones of forgiveness, hope, and love and aspires to be an inspiration for others who have suffered similar situations to do the same.
Her father died at an early age and her mother remarried a man that she never really developed a relationship with. As a result she saw her mother at the forefront of family responsibility.
These things caused her to feel the need to take the lead in all areas of her life- including relationships. By doing so she has been very successful in some situations while struggling to find balance in others. You can find Lydia on Instagram @authentically_inspire and on Clubhouse as Lydia Jackson
