I met Ruth in my writing group and I loved her from the first. She's an Irish bestselling author who's books come to life as you read. I talk to her about her process of characterisation and the richness of her depth of understanding around the human psyche. There is healing to be had in everything, if you let it in. About Ruth O'Leary - 

Ruth O’Leary is a bestselling author from Dublin, Ireland. Her latest novel The Last Week of Him set in Belmullet Co Mayo was an instant Irish Times Bestseller.

I came across a post on Threads last night, a woman saying she had been to three different therapists and not one of them actually listened to her. They just wanted to talk about themselves, or give her advice. It's a sorry state of affairs when therapists claim to be person-centred and yet don't walk their talk.

 In case you don't already know, I've founded a training school called "Life Mastery Practitioner School" and I am training people to be multi-dimensional clients. In this chat, my co-facilitator Lyn and I talk about compassionate listening, which is the core process of Life Mastery Therapy, and why it's so important. We also talk about being in the present moment, and why energy healing can help you feel more centred and grounded, and brings you back to yourself. I'm sure I give you a couple of techniques here, too.

I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I last talked with ‪@TimWhild‬

I met Tricia via my writing group and soon discovered she was a friend of a friend, she was a Tarot card reader AND a great talker!! So I asked her on the show! I hope you love her as much as I do!
