I was honoured to be asked as a guest on Lyn Man's new podcast, I Am Enough. I insisted on leaving in the beginning where she fluffs her lines, because it really is relevant to our discussion. The thing is, when we come from a place of compassion for the other, we have more compassion for ourselves too, and more patience for life.

Alfred’s poetry for me is the frequency of true heart connection, they act as rudders to take me back to my true self and I come back to them time and time again.
