This episode is dedicated in memory of my father on the 12th anniversary of his passing. When we experience a traumatic event or significant loss, the brain may "block out" certain memories or details as a way to protect us from the emotional pain of reliving the event. This is normal, like me, I have a hard time accessing some memories which I would like access to and hope to in time heal. I talk about the nervous system and regulating yourself and some modalities to help you heal. Healing is possible, even if it takes 12 years to decide its time.
