She couldn’t do normal things.&nbsp; And yet all the doctors were telling her they couldn’t find anything wrong, it must be in her head.&nbsp;She knows what it is like to suffer and knows what it is like to be well.&nbsp;In 1994 Gordon Elder took Ruth to see a Blair upper-cervical ciropractor who specialize in neck injuries. He found an injury in the upper neck by the brainstem. It was corrected gently without popping, twisting or jerking. Gradually she became healthier and stronger. She has raised four kids and had an active career in fitness. Along with a healthy nervous system, a healthy lifestyle brings healing to the body, mind, and soul.
