This book offers a truly holistic approach- exactly what I was looking for. My grandma passed away a couple of months ago, and while it was expected, it was still extremely sad for all our family. I like the fact Lora shares her own experience and guides you step by step through different emotions and transforming them. This is not an easy journey, but we can grow as we suffer.
I really recommend this book, it will help you.
Meditation for grief
This is an excellent book. I have practiced meditation for several years now and continue to read on different techniques to enhance my meditation experience. I was very drawn to concept of the book of meditation for grief healing. I have no doubt these techniques will help those in this type of pain. Author Lora Mercado does a great job on helping the readers profoundly benefit from this meditation practice. I do recommend those struggling with grief to apply these techniques for their situation.
Recovering
As soon as I saw this book I knew as a Reiki Master/Teacher that this would benefit in my Recovery Coaching on loss through Grief. It is jam packed with Meditating that help you to relax, but not forget. One can never forget, but they can learn to set aside a time in each day to grieve and then carry on with life.
