Excuses and complaining about circumstances don't justify your results, instead take action with determination to attain desired results, expand to be better, and you can have everything you want.

In this series I am interviewing @ballinkenna - Kenna is in her early twenties raising her 3 younger brothers, when she was 18 years old she had the desire to make things right and give her brothers the life they deserve after being heavily impacted by her environments growing up. In the midst of being the leader for her brothers, she realized she need to take a step back and lead herself from within if she truly wanted to show up for her brothers, she knew that a solid core was required. Raising her brothers, diving deep within self, showing up for her goals, showing up as a mother figure for the brothers, Kenna has truly defeated all odds in order to achieve her vision for herself and her brothers to break the family line of trauma that she had to live through.

Fear is evolutionarily programmed into our brain but here's the thing our brains have not changed and the difference now is that fear does not serve us in today's modern world. Master the art of noticing the fear and taking action anyway. The only way to overcome come fear is to move through your fears. Fear is exactly where you need to go. 

Become bigger than life than understanding your power to choose the beliefs that align with who you are and the future you desire. 

In this episode, we will uncover your power to recreate your belief system to upgrade your identity. 

The reality is you have to face discomfort before you experience comfort. To grow, you have to get uncomfortable.
