We must forgive ourselves! Without forgiveness of self it is impossible to forgive anyone else. Without forgiveness of others you stagnate your healing heart. You prolong your healing process. You’re not hurting anyone but yourself. So forgive yourself and let’s heal. It’s so necessary!
