Healing Isn’t Serious, It’s Sacred and Playful
Somewhere along the way, healing became heavy.
We were taught that growth has to be intense. That transformation must be serious. That if we’re not digging deep into trauma, we’re not doing it “properly.”
But what if healing is not meant to feel like punishment?
In this episode, I explore the power of joy, laughter, and lightness in the healing journey. We talk about why some of our most powerful, grounded, and clear moments happen when we are laughing deeply… when we feel playful… when we feel safe.
I share reflections on:
• Why joy is a sign of nervous system safety
• How seriousness can become a survival pattern
• The energetic power of laughter
• Reconnecting with your inner child
• How subtle inner child work can create profound shifts
• Healing across time — past, present, and future
There is great power in joy.
There is clarity in play.
There is healing in celebration.
This episode is an invitation to soften… to reconnect with the part of you that once felt carefree… and to remember that healing is not just about processing pain, it’s also about reclaiming your light.
The episode concludes with a separate guided meditation: Inner Child Joy Activation.
May this be your reminder that healing isn’t serious.
It’s sacred.
And it’s playful. 💚
