Use this 8-minute guided practice to centre, ground, and align you with what matters most by imagining you are in the final year of your life. Its intention is to uplift, connect, and support you toward living a fully lived life. Its effectiveness lies in our ability to really connect with the given scenario, so keep an open mind and a loving heart.
