Hi lovers! Super quick episode this week- I wanted to record something before I headed to California for the weekend. Since getting home from Utah a bit ago, I've been absolutely down for the count with a mystery illness from hell. So this week I've had to get real comfortable with resting and it caused me to reflect on some inner beliefs. I had to ask myself why in the world I have such a hard time sitting still and explore the answers that might contribute to that.
