Welcome Friends, in these moments we step back in time with Holy Spirit and allow him to show us a younger version of ourselves that needed encouragement or wisdom that we never received. Through our imagination, we allow Holy Spirit to give us this encouragement to share, with our younger selves. Then we sit in the Lord's presence and let his healing touch mend us our minds-spirits-emotions-and bodies. My prayer is that this time is very healing for you-it definitely was for me. Let yourselves come back to this episode as many times as you need to revisit it so other parts of your younger self that needs more healing, will receive it. God will use this episode to guide you-I've already prayed over it and YOU~
