We also present solution that you can also look inside of yourself and see what versions of colorism exist in your belief system. The ingrained self hate and discomfort that Colorism brings to the all melaninated beings, is something that needs to be extinguished and healed in our society. Judging our selves by a standard that was set from the outside of ourselves only hurts and diminishes the Gods and Goddesses that we are. I encourage you to take a look inside yourself what self diminshing thoughts and constructs live within you? Why do they exist? How do they show up in your day to day? What thought patterns are attached to them? How can you aratacate it from your being at the root? What self-loving construct can you put in it place?
