Do you ever wonder how stress manifests in our bodies as parents? As moms we take on a lot of stress and sometimes we  don't realize the impacts it has on our body, mind and spirit.  Riikka helps us understand how our stress affects our body’s ability to move, and gain strategies to offload stress for a more restored sleep.

Riikka is a Certified Movement Coach who's passion is to make movement accessible and enjoyable. Riikka specializes in somatic integrative movement, core restoration, stress and trauma recovery. She coaches people to understand their stress, postpartum restoration and their way back to movement.   Her programs are designed to help you feel good in your body, educate you how to engage your core strength and let that feed your training.
