November and December become the busiest times for my Energy Healing practice for the last nine years.

Why?

People are dealing with depression and anxiety and not sure how they will react to family gathering, plans or lack of plans, and feeling overhwehelmed following somone else’s schedule during a time of celebration and festivities.

Some people will even take their life.. its a sad tragedy when this happens.

Here are 10 DIFFERENT examples of energies that our body creates (the subconscious) that may be hindering us from being your True Self where life should be celebrated and not avoided.
